ADAPT Youth Company is for young people age 12-25 with and without disabilities. Our aim is to raise aspirations and confidence, offering participants an opportunity to develop skills in contemporary dance and choreography in a safe and friendly environment. The weekly sessions are free for all participants and transport to and from the group is offered to those who need it. The classes run weekly in term time on Fridays between 4:30pm -6:30pm at Plymouth School of Creative Arts. We are always looking for dancers to join the group, so please do contact for further information.

“ADAPT has boosted Jessica's self confidence and given her some much needed independence. When I watched her perform for the very first time, I was amazed at the distance she had come in such a short space of time. I never thought she would perform in front of an audience, but she proved me wrong. ADAPT has given Jessica a safe place to do what she enjoys and I look forward to watching her flourish” - ADAPT members parent
